Each year, funds are made available to individuals and organizations in the Chilton, New Holstein, Kiel, Hilbert, Potter, Stockbridge and Brillion communities which are served by Ascension Calumet Hospital. Grants are awarded to support Ascension Calumet Hospital (directly or indirectly) and promote health and health education in its service area.
