The Calumet Area Community Health Foundation was founded in 1998 to promote community health and health education in Calumet County, Wisconsin. Since then, CACHF has awarded over $5.8 million in grants to individuals and organizations in the communities of Brillion, Chilton, Hilbert, Kiel, New Holstein, Potter and Stockbridge, which are served by Calumet Ascension Hospital.
